About ZYZ...
ZYZ is a national wholesale ingredient supplier that was started by three brothers in the city of Chicago.

After working several years in the food and beverage industry, the Zyzda brothers decided to branch off and start their own company, named after their late father's CBOT trading name.

Starting an ingredient company was a dream of our father (Dave Zyzda) but never came to fruition. So the three of us decided to help him fulfill that dream ten years later.

The baking industry has always been in our blood. It started with our Grandfather, Donald Bianchi. He was a staple of the industry for 50 years.
His passion and knowledge was inspiring to us while growing up. We'd talk about the food industry at all the holidays and family gatherings. We knew we wanted to follow their footsteps and make our family proud.
